There is something magical about a giant pan of crispy, saffron-infused rice overflowing with seafood and chorizo.  But that's not even our favorite part about paella.

In our humble opinion, The best part is how suitable it is to be made in the outdoors.  Paella and the beach just happens to be our favorite pairing, but we challenge you to find other inspiring locations.

Paella can be done traditionally with shellfish, shrimp, chorizo and chicken, vegetarian, or in more modern iterations, such as lamb, mushrooms and squash.  Sample accompaniments include Spanish anchovy pissaladiere, watermelon gazpacho, albondigas in garlic and tomato sauce, and flan.  And sangria, of course.

Pricing and availability upon request.  Minimum of 5 and maximum of 30 people to book.  Pricing is dependent upon group size and menu, but averages around $125/person.
